NEWS WAS RELEASED ON PACEL CORP. (PLRP) AFTER THE BELL TODAY: PACEL Corp. (PLRP) signs International Distribution Agreement with De Beer and Associates. Pacel Corp. a software development company has signed a strategic marketing and product distribution agreement with De Beer and Associates, in London, England. De Beer & Associates will introduce Pacel Corp. software products, particularly the Visual Writer System TM to medical, energy and environmental companies throughout the European Union and South Africa. Visual Writer System TM, version 3.0, is an interactive electronic document and data acquisition software program for Microsoft Windows. biz.yahoo.com This distribution agreement will bring around $2.5 million this year. Pacel is currently in negotiations with other distributors and expecting similar results. Also, a press release will be released next Tuesday re: an acquisition that will bring $4.5 million immediately to the bottom line.
