Is it possible to run different scans that, pieced together, put out cup and handles

for example. a volume scan which looks for the C&H volume formation.

next add stock within 95% of all time high

next a scan which looks at recent price movement identifying possible handles

and finally a scan which looks for stocks that have a certain time period between all time highs.

I am quite sure there are other variables which I am overlooking and the Cup part is most likely not workable but, it is just an idea
