Im sure that will do wonders for GSM and NOKIA. I wonder who Chinese govt will do Telecom deals with: A big super power like the USA, who they must cajole to, or a bunch of European hasbeen's who have a history of impearilistic mistreatment of the Chinese. I would bet on Brent scowcraft, Qcom and the good old USA. Do you think the Chinese care about their realations with Fineland? do they care about Detante with the USA. You do the math.
