If MU had hit 36 1/2, the monthly trend would have turned
BULLISH. In which case the odds of going short or buying puts
would have been too high against.

33 5/16 is a very nice place for MU to turn down this month.

Now here is the interesting part...if the monthly trend is to
remain down, then MU at 20 by end of Oct 1998 ???

Let's wait and see.
