marketing activities and campaigns targeted at selling joint
solutions featuring Xerox high-end production printers and JetForm's

OTTAWA, Sept. 22 /CNW/ -- JetForm(R) Corp. (Nasdaq: FORMF, Toronto: JFM), the global leader in enterprise workflow and electronic forms solutions, today announced that it has signed Cooperative Marketing Agreements with Xerox Corp. (NYSE: XRX) in the United States and Canada.

Under the agreements, sales representatives from both companies will
collaborate to market joint solutions that feature Xerox's high-end production
printers and JetForm's market-leading electronic forms and output-management
technologies. Already, the agreements have produced several sales contracts
for the companies, including contracts with South Carolina Revenue, Moen,
Wolverine, and Florida Retirement.

Xerox and JetForm plan to primarily target their joint initiative at
customers of SAP A.G.'s R/3 enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, who
typically have document-intensive requirements. JetForm is an SAP
Complementary Solution Provider and has enjoyed strong acceptance in that
market with its ''JetForm Output Pak(TM) for SAP R/3.''

''We are very excited about our partnership with JetForm,'' said Carol
Lopez, vice president, PSG integrated marketing, Xerox Corporation. ''We
believe that our combined offerings will be very compelling in the SAP R/3 ERP
market. By offering 'one-stop shopping,' we can provide a high-value,
integrated solution for streamlined, powerful management of e-forms and
printed output.''

''We are very proud that a true industry pioneer and leader in documents
has chosen JetForm as its primary e-forms partner,'' said Phil Weaver, chief
operating officer and executive vice president. ''This joint relationship
gives JetForm access to more than 1,200 Xerox sales representatives in the
U.S. alone and will be of enormous help to us in working with some very large
accounts where Xerox has a major presence.''

Joint Training Programs Set For Fall

Later this month, the two companies will begin a lengthy series of
internal workshops at Xerox locations across North America. At that time,
reps will receive in-depth seminars on how the two companies' solutions
integrate and the value they can provide customers.

Already, the two companies have secured license agreements with several
customers, including South Carolina Revenue (a state agency), Florida
Retirement (a state pension-investment corporation), Moen (a leading maker of
plumbing fixtures), and Wolverine Worldwide (a shoe distributor).
