XEROX AND JETFORM SIGN COOPERATIVE MARKETING AGREEMENTS
Xerox Canada and Xerox USA Partner With JetForm For Joint Solutions Combining Xerox Production Printing and JetForm Electronic Forms and Output Management

OTTAWA, Sept. 22 /CNW/ -- JetForm(R) Corp. (Nasdaq: FORMF, Toronto: JFM), the global leader in enterprise workflow and electronic forms solutions, today announced that it has signed Cooperative Marketing Agreements with Xerox Corp. (NYSE: XRX) in the United States and Canada. Under the agreements, sales representatives from both companies will collaborate to market joint solutions that feature Xerox's high-end production printers and JetForm's market-leading electronic forms and output-management technologies. Already, the agreements have produced several sales contracts for the companies, including contracts with South Carolina Revenue, Moen, Wolverine, and Florida Retirement.
Xerox and JetForm plan to primarily target their joint initiative at customers of SAP A.G.'s R/3 enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, who typically have document-intensive requirements. JetForm is an SAP Complementary Solution Provider and has enjoyed strong acceptance in that market with its ''JetForm Output Pak(TM) for SAP R/3.''

Joint Training Programs Set For Fall
Later this month, the two companies will begin a lengthy series of internal workshops at Xerox locations across North America. At that time, reps will receive in-depth seminars on how the two companies' solutions integrate and the value they can provide customers.
Already, the two companies have secured license agreements with several customers, including South Carolina Revenue (a state agency), Florida Retirement (a state pension-investment corporation), Moen (a leading maker of plumbing fixtures), and Wolverine Worldwide (a shoe distributor).
