I suppose the good news is that, under this plan, the company's debt will be greatly reduced. Nonetheless, I am quite concerned at the idea of a reverse split. The value of my shares in another company (Pure Gold-TSE) plummeted after a reverse split a few months ago. I presume the company believes it is in need of capital or debt reduction, but I am concerned that this will be at the expense of shareholders--I hope I am unduly pessimistic. Any other comments?
