>>If you look at releases for BB companies, you will see that they reference NASDAQ Bulletin Board or NASDAQ Electronic Bulletin Board.<<

That is supposed to be a big no-no. I don't know if NASD who oversees Nasdaq has a rule explicitly saying NO, but it could be considered as misleading (even if unintentionally done by the company) since the 'NASDAQ Bulletin Board' or 'NASDAQ Electronic Bulletin Board' make an OTC-BB stock sound like it is a Nasdaq stock.

Just because other OTC-BB companies are breaking this minor rule, doesn't make it right for CSMA to do it.

>>The OTC Bulletin Board is a regulated quotation service provided by The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. which displays real-time quotes and last-sale prices for nearly 6,000 companies.<<

Now if one were to say 'Nasdaq OTC Bulletin Board', that would be correct. The problem is ommitting the OTC (Over the Counter) part out,
as otherwise it sounds like the stock is on a listed exchange when in fact it is not. Nasdaq Smallcap and Nasdaq NMS stocks (or just plain Nasdaq) are listed stocks.

[edit: Granted almost everybody here knows it is an OTC-BB stock, but somebody new to CSMA might not know the difference.]
