"JD, LGND IR told me that if the manufacturing facility was not profitable, they would sell it (I think within a year)." It's interesting that while LGND is willing to "limit their options" in the event that the manufacturing facilities are unprofitable, they're not willing to do the same regarding their financing options for the Seragen transaction in the event that LGND's stock price is low. GV
