Well, you are a fool then to support the Evangelical (fundamentalist) Christian. I went to a massive 500 person retreat with these people and one of the first things they do is teach who is and who isn't a Christian. Methodists were not considered REAL Christian's. If you like their agenda, you are part of the wrong church. You might not be clear on what the Methodist church stands. I would recommend you take a look at their official website to find out. Each denomination has a set of beliefs. When you say, I'm a Methodist, you are saying, I stand for the Methodist church's beliefs. You very well not know what you are part of. Lot's of people have misconceptions about their religious affiliation. Most just follow their parents into the say denomination. There are Evangelical in front of all denominations. There is the Evangelical Presbyterian church which is against the Presbyterian USA which was what used to be the Presbyterian church to anyone's understanding. All of these Evangelical this and that started in the 80's and they have taken over many churches. You probably are an Evangelical Methodist which isn't a Methodist at all anymore. This as all been getting corrupted by the Evangelical movement which took off with the issues of woman and gay elders and minister. Evangelicals don't have women as ministers.
