Barginstocker,

You hit the nail on the head when referring SNTS to just a shell with no future. I originally started this thread to get peoples input and information. Unfortunately nothing good was found regarding this company, just false rumors from people (I wont mention there names cause I don't like to slam people) claiming that SNTS was awaiting an acquisition. Well you can now see that that information was false and the people sharing this false information are no where to be found now.

The only thing I did find on this company in which I posted much earlier was a lawsuit against the company's owners filed by the SEC. The owners were filing false earning reports.

Even when this stock ran up a bit their was still quite a spread between the bid and the ask, and the Market Makers are not about to close the gap on this stock unless there is legitimate news, which is highly doubtfull. Just because a stock is so cheap doesn't mean it is a great deal and a reason to purchase 100's of thousands of shares.

I know of lots of companies that are below a penny, and they have remained that way for over a year. Remember, more shares doesn't mean more profits, it is the quality of the stock that matters and the potential for future growth.

Next year these types of stocks won't even exist due to the new requirements that will take place, in which companies will have to be reporting to remain a trading stock.

Pick your stocks for quality and not quantity, and when you see someone hyping a stock, take a little time and review the person's profile to find out about his trading patterns and the types of stocks they invest in. This way you will not get caught at the bottom of a pump & dump play.

Good Luck!
