I have just gone through a scan for the first time in a month or so and there appear to been several small caps on the move. The scan produced 72 stocks ..... that is up from about 12 the last time I did one. Some of them are repeats from way back.

I'm going to have to check the fundies on these. If the market remains stable with an upside bias in the small caps .... these should perform rather nicely.

Positive signs at least.
