200 MHz Pentium, 32MB RAM, 33kbps modem.

PS: a few months ago I had great problems accessing SI.
Slow as molasses. TJping traced the time-out to UUNET.
I e-mailed UUNET, my ISP (Pacbell) and Ken Starr (just kidding
about Ken) and got the runaround, finger pointing and canned
"we strive to improve..." speeches. But at least I knew it wasn't
SI's fault. Then the problem cleared up by itself.
