He also said the dec folks and the cpq folks were consummed with their acquistion and couldn't stay focused on CS long enough for them to get their attention. while they have the 1bb contract, I think the dlj analyst isn't willing to bank on thosae revenues.

Sounds like material for a lawsuit.
