What Capitalization rates are applied to properties in order to arrive at valuations ?
What has been the RE appreciation rate in the last 10 years, and what is the outlook for the next 10 years ?
Is the use of "Tilt-up" with metal roof construction common in the Industrial Warehouse market.... say in Buenos Aires ? ( or any other significantly growing city in the RA.
How complicated is the permit process (for warehouses), as in what length of time from design to breaking ground ?... I assume there is no "Wet Land" permit application over there is there.... In the US a wet land designation on your property is the real definition of Dante's Inferno... only the devil is a damned bureaucrat.
Is Soros involved in Operating Companies.... i.e. Mines, Oil fields, Industrial ventures etc. ?
