a take over would be great...but doesnt TER has a poison pill against hostile take-over? im sure it does. I dont think AMAT has the billions of $$$ to buy TER out. AMAT would probably only consider buying a back-end company if it was concerned about anti-trust, monopoly issues on the front-end. Regarding 3rd quarters estimates of 20 cents, this is half of last quarter. Has orders dropped off that much!!! Cant they use some of their backlog to prop up earnings? I am worried these blocks might have to do with pessism concerning decreased backlog. just my 2 cents...
