TNSI.I've been looking at the SEC filings and can't find any credit or capital agreement that would allow TNSI to pay 64mil in cash for AT&T's TAS business. Something to consider though from TNSI's last 10Q

PART II - OTHER INFORMATION

Item 1. Legal Proceedings. - On October 28, 1997, the Company filed a formal complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (the "FCC") against AT&T Corp. ("AT&T"). The complaint alleges that AT&T, through the provision of common carrier services to its Transaction Access Services Group ("TAS Group") on terms and conditions more favorable than those listed in AT&T's tariffs, violates several provisions of the Communications Act of 1934 and the FCC's rules. TAS Group competes with the Company's TransXpress(R) network services. The complaint seeks an order requiring AT&T to cease and desist from engaging in the contested conduct and seeks monetary damages for lost business opportunities. At the request of the parties, the FCC has extended the deadline for filing briefs in this proceeding while the parties continue to discuss the terms of a settlement.

Does anyone have any facts on financing obtained or an outcome of the above complaint?

On another note, I don't think the doubling of transactions directly relates to a doubling of revenue for TNSI.

Just some thoughts
