Undervalued stocks.

At any given time, I would rather have an undervalued stock. Past performance does not mean future performance.

Neither does the fact that a stock is 'undervalued' imply it won't become even more undervalued! I can't believe you are serious here. Would you rather that, by the end of today, all your stocks went down (so they were undervalued) or up (so they were overvalued)?
At least you can sell an overvalued stock at a profit.

Of course, we are discussing 'valued' as if it is some objective criteria, which it isn't. Many people on the Dell thread believe Dell is undervalued. You may disagree with that, but thats what makes a market, so saying that Dell is overvalued is a subjective opinion unless you specify by what criteria. , Fixing on just a few criteria for comparison between stocks is probably not meaningful. Many of the criteria are down to opinions on what will happen in the future, which is generally not fact.
