Jeff, thanks for clearing this up and providing the Monsanto contact name and number. I do not believe the company is in a financial position to be able to do significant studies which food companies will most likely require. The company did put out a rash of claims regarding add layouts, agressive marketing plans, advertising in six magazines, (Prevention being one) a retail store already under construction,... The release made one think this company clearly had the ability to move a new product out into the marketplace and in very short order acquire a significant marketshare. Reread the pr's, today, so much later, we can see that they were in fact misleading. It appears they do not have significant resources to be able to even contemplate such a move. The $5,000,000 private placement they announced gave the company credibility as to having sufficient funds to initiate a campaign. The company reportedly is cash tight. Was there ever a private placement? Has the completion been confirmed? If so, how were the funds applied?
