But didn't Don say the auditors never finish on time and that his self imposed deadline was so that they would be done by Nov 15? If the annual meeting is half as informative as this conference call was as to new business, it should be pretty exciting. Plus Don said with the new CFO in place their quarterly numbers will be available within 5-10 days after the end of each quarter. So on the heels of the audited year ended 7/31 we should also be getting 1st quarter (10/31)numbers.

I was not pleased however to hear that the "fully reporting" project is not a priority, and with an implemetation time of 3-6 months I don't see it happening until sometime in the 3rd quarter
(2/28-4/30/99). I know Don was a securities lawyer previously and he wants to do it right, but perhaps he should delegate this and then review it, and not try to do it all himself.

Also, didn't Scott say that there would be an announcement Thursday or so of this week as well as today and two next week?
