You stated One last question, for me, would involve Frank's most recent message. Exactly what is meant by the FNET financing, or whatever he said? Is he saying that a private placement is coming, or just that they will be getting partners for various joint ventures? More private placements will probably give you more of what you may have now: Too many shares flooding the market. PP will be with FNet shares not Ftel . This in the long run may dilute Ftel ownership a might but the money raised will be well spent towards driving this company down the road towards profit. Again I have to tell you if they succeed in their plans, outstanding shares of 20 million + will still be small compared to the volume they will be achieving. JMHO Sethy
