Something to consider....

Nothing at all has been decided with MBE. As far as the In Center Workstation (ICW), I believe it is being made a far bigger issue than need be. The ICW project is simply MBE installing Public PCs (the credit card-activated computer) in some of their locations. Obviously, they do not have need for a full business center, because with the exception of the computer, every MBE is a business center. The revenues generated by the ICW were not as large as the full-scale business centers. Also, the issue has not been settled, and until it has, declaring the sky is falling will serve no purpose, and not only that, it is foolish, considering that the real money for USA will come from the business centers and the new technology.

And just a note, IF, and that is a BIG IF, MBE is no longer a joint venture partner, then USA will be keeping 100% of revenues and profits. And after a year and a half, USA's business center product is recognized as the gold standard in the industry.

PS - earnings in a day or two...
