If the rumor or street anticipating is a takeover, the stock usually runs up. This is a run down. My guess therefore is a rumored warning or some really bad news. TER is the "quiet" company. Their quarterly reports are just about the most uninformative of any companies that I follow. I don't remember them issuing any warnings before, probably due to the fact that they have not been far off the street estimates one way or another for the last couple of years. Current situation is sure interesting. Ramsey
