I am family doc in midwest and can't remember last time a patient of mine had TURP. And no TUNA in sight. I believe that alpha blockers, Proscar, watchful waiting have dried up surgical market. TUNA is, as noted here before, the better mousetrap that nobody wants, or maybe needs. dper
