Good afternoon All: The Bulletin (an Australian weekly) of 31 Dec 96 carries an article on Formulab by Russell Baker. The article discusses the 60% fall in sharemarket value last month. Formulab still expects to list on Nasdaq by February. Richter owns 57% of Formulab. The Neuronetics technology has potential application in navigation aids, battlefield planning, transport systems, speech recognition systems, etc.. Formulab has a close association with Singapore's Goldtron. Formulab made net profit of $AU4.53 million in 1996. It has an agreement with Hughes Aircraft Corp to develop defence systems incorporating Neuronetics technology. Baker wonders whether company can fully recover from the recent [sharemarket] quake.
