Help me understand what you mean by "accumulation". When the stock goes from 14 to 11 how is it under accumulation as clearly there are more sellers than buyers else the stock wouldn't have dropped 3 points. Who is doing the accumulating and how can you tell?

To be frank, it sounds like bs hype.
