My understanding is that there will be a new symbol with a "u" for unit on the end and a name change. Essentially IGHS will be absorbed into GBIT, more so than the other way around. GBIT is already full NASDAQ and fully reporting.

This process rids the shorts in GBIT and forces them to cover, since all certifcates must be called in during a process like this.

The merger is a certainty I hear since it is already pre-approved by managements of both companies. I am sure a proxy vote will occur with shareholders and will also be approved, since we end up with 2 much more powerful companies.
