Guys, "Small Stocks Lead Rally of Markets" reads a headline in today's Wall Street Journal. In last nights "Overview" issue of The Napeague Letter, I wrote that "Trading over the last several days has been interesting in that the various small-cap indices have been showing both consistency and strength, in contrast to the DJIA which has wavered since the beginning of September.
