<You may be right about a pull-back, Terry, BUT...
my Utility buy trigger will get pulled today unless there is humongous volume. THAT means we are going to have one heck of a rally by the 2nd week in September. And I see the current lows in place and not taken out before then... >

You mean 2nd week of October, I assume. IMO this rally hasn't got that much time to run, unless we go flat for a while. We're rapidly approaching that 200 day MA, and I don't figure we'll get much over it. Have to agree that technicals do look bullish for the short term. Don't want to bet on MM holding up for long though. October is typically the worst month of the year, and the 2nd yr. of the presidential cycle (1990,94,98) is typically the worst year.

The U.S. market may be a Supertanker(to quote an earlier post)- but that tanker is being steered towards an 180 degree heading.

Meanwhile, Utilities hit a new high. Don't really know the full meaning of this. My guess is that investors are looking for a safe haven- Any suggestions?
