Unfortunately, that sounds great, am I right? Or will "they"(ATI, FON etc.) start giving away QCOM phones soon?)

Chase Telecommunications, Inc. (''ChaseTel'') is providing CDMA Personal Communications Services (PCS) in Chattanooga, Tenn. using QUALCOMM's radio access equipment and Alcatel's switching platform.
