Jon, You may be absolutely right... but I think it is more prudent than foolish to protect from potential losses when the main business partner under which a company has previously based the majority of revenue...claims that 1) the equipment doesn't work, 2) renigs (sp?) on a purchase order that was touted as a major accomplishment.... not to mention that the stock price had been steadily dropping even prior to this announcement... I was involved with another company who had a dispute with a major partner... it went to arbitration with the company all along saying we have a strong case, we will have a positive outcome... when arbitration results were announced the other company was awarded 1.9million dollars and the company I was holding stock in...went bankrupt... I think USTT has great long term potential... but as a short term speculation it has more risk than reward possibilities at this point... I'll get back in, possibly even at a few cents higher than I got out... but only after I see some positive news coming out... not just assurances that losing a major partner is "no big deal."
