Hi White Shoes
I was just listening to Conference (past) between Balisoft and NBTel. It was interesting in the fact that it describes the forward interest in e-commerce(maybe) and using Live Contact with Call Centres.
It also describes Telco expansion into electronic commerce.
If you listen tell me what you think. It discusses serving customers on the internet.
