Well Paul, what are we dealing with here: facts, fallacies, or fantasies?

I assume from your last response that you do not have any proof that the information provided by Peter Troop is not true. Or, if you do, you are unwilling to provide it.

As to your Mickey Mouse reference regarding selecting a new CEO, you certainly have a right to your opinion, but it can't really be taken seriously. As for announcement's, the fact that Novell is looking for a new CEO has appeared in several news articles.

Joe Marengi, acting CEO, has asked Peter Troop to respond to the E-mail's in his behalf. I offer the following example for your review and comments.

On 11/06/96, Scott Phillips posted the reply to an E-mail he had sent to Joe Marengi; Peter Troop responded at the direction of Joe Marengi.

I invite you to read carefully through the questions that Scott Phillips asked and the answers he received. After reading the questions and answers, perhaps you would like to refute one or more of the answers and provide credible evidence to support your position.

Your position, if I understand it correctly, is that you believe the information from Peter Troop is either unreliable or inaccurate. Do you want to use stronger language?

It's clear that you don't believe that Novell is actively searching for a new CEO. Does that also mean you disbelieve and disregard all information provided by Novell's management?

Personal opinions are one thing; inaccurate irresponsible accusations and statements -- quite another.
