HoTMetaL Pro 5.0 is announced Sep 14, appx. one month after it was represented it would be released by the new VP Marketing...Panorama CD Web was also to be available and announced in mid August [coinciding with original Aug 13 represented announcement date]...Power Partner Promo's/launch was to be Sep 1...Q: Why would HoTMetaL Pro 5.0 be [at the exclusion of Panorama CD Web, HMAPPS Power Partner launch, etc.] announced if SoftQuad Inc were to be divested?...does this suggest SWEBF will retain retail distribution rights for HoTMetaL Pro 5.0, XMetaL product line?...Did the shareholders fund the ongoing 2.5 year R&D within SoftQuad Inc only to divest it as a [rumored] asset sale? and right when Panorama CD Web, HoTMetaL Pro 5.0, HMAPPS Power Partner are ready for prime time?...the fruit of said R&D...and in the face of pending [competitor] Allaire and NetObjects IPOs???...management has not acknowledged normal routine shareholder requests for several weeks now in re: SoftQuad, Inc. representations, NASDAQ NMS status[ now at day 34 since the hearing], Legacy, ongoing concern, and now questionable corporate governance pursuant to said [SEC/TSE governed] management unresponsiveness... SlyWombat, Lupins what do you know?
