IDT's execution problems continue to drag the prospects for the stock down. Let's hope that the shift in emphasis and adjustment in facilities will fix the failure to perform competitively. Until they show some results, it's the same 'ol story sung to a slightly different tune.

Still, the stock buy-back should prop the stock up and prevent it from falling bellow recent lows (unless the market tanks big). I expect the price to gravitate toward the 6 1/2 level in the short-term (3-4 months). It may move higher if the company can show some improvement in the currently dingy outlook for pricing climate and WinChip prospects.
