We (You & I), will never fully understand the market, else I wouldn't be at a real job. But, since both stocks are currently trading, I believe that the "market" has already fairly priced both stocks with the dividend in mind. Could be that the market sees it as the Q simply focusing on the market for which it was originally intended. Why would the hit come after both shares are publicly trading? Otherwise, wouldn't it be are guaranteed one day short if the hit was to happen tomorrow?
