FYI, we issued the following release today:

YARC Systems (YARC 0.86 OTC-BB)
Stock Trades 3.5mm Shares Following Photokina Trade Show

New York, N.Y. September 23, 1998 -- Cyberstation WBN-YARC has been seeing increased activity and Westergaard Broadcasting a stream of inquiries on and off the Internet in response to the high level of trading activity since the Photokina graphics show in Germany last week. The stock traded 3.5mm shares in 5 days equivalent to 60% of the float and has tripled from a pre-show 0.30 to over $1.00 yesterday.

The show was a huge success for YARC. What became evident is the serious role YARC will play in DataPlot Zeichnen & Plotten GmbH's end-of-year product push which started at Photokina and will extend through October with road shows in each of the major German cities. DataPlot is Germany's biggest distributor of large format printers with five regional offices and 3,000 dealers. It released three new versions of the YARC XP multiprocessing Color Servers at its booth.

A second European show, the IPEX in Birmingham, England, which takes place only every five years, starts next Tuesday. YARC will be showing in several locations, the most important being the Lyson booth where the Mutoh Falcon printer with Lyson inks and the YARC EZ software RIP will show waterproof posters that are resistant to UV light -- in other words, outdoor posters which is the "holy grail" that the sign industry has been awaiting for several years. A pending distribution deal with Electronics for Publishing will launch YARC into the UK EPSON market in a big way.

YARC is supporting the current EPSON 3000 and 5000 proofer devices. The Epson market is huge, albeit lower price. But YARC's EZ product retains high margins in the Macintosh-centric markets in Europe and Asia (and even in parts of the US). These bigger Epson units which print 11 x 17 sheets service office and printshop environments in creating page proofs for printing later via CLC or other means.

BOTTOM LINE: The YARC story appears to be getting legs after six push-pull months since going up as a Westergaard Broadcasting Network.com. licensee. GO TO cyberstation WBN-YARC at www.wbn.com.
