You are the one claiming it is there. And let's face it you are just a big fibber on this issue, just like BMart.

As to my claim about the arbitration, I was making no such claim about the arbitration judgement. I reviewed what was posted the other evening that described in detail some rather unflattering behaviour on the part of Michael Sylver at what was described as an arbitration hearing. So I would have reason to believe that such a meeting did take place whether Michael Sylver and Robert Qualey choose to admit it. The fact that it was a filing for an order to compel, indicates to me that likely a judgement did not issue from this arbitration as it is ongoing. But I would say further on the basis of what I read that a judgement is likely forthcoming.

Given a choice between the way BMart denied it ever happened, and then claimed it had no standing, I would have to say as an observer that Jeffrey's account has come substantially closer to the true state of affairs. Hammer away all you want at him for all I care, but for my money when the dust settles on this issue of the arbitration, Michael Sylver will have another judgement against his interest to add to his r‚sum‚.
