If any analysts were there I wasn't aware of it. I spoke with Dakin Securities last week and was told they don't generally attend shareholders meetings because that's not where they get the best information. I suspect most feel the same way.

Someone asked about a poison pill and was told there was none in place at the moment. I don't know if they're planning to enact one or not. This would be a good question for Tac Berry. (408-879-2000)
