Price is what immediately caught me eye also. This looks to me like a hot poke in Intel's eye (thread is welcome to poke me in the eye if they feel my take on this is incorrect!!) because as you say, they have been charging a substantial premium for mobile chips. Paul Engel says this is a rehash of an existing chip, I certainly won't dispute him on that, but I would be very surprised if Intel does not accelerate prices cuts on PII mobile chips if AMD can crank these out.
