PHIL, IF YOU LOOK AT THE AENG WEB PAGE
There is a section that shows and describes the patent. It says that the notice of approval has been received for the patent of the OX2. as soon as the patent numbers are received they will be published for review.
Now, if you look at the AHEARNS letter , who are patent attorneys, it states that STEVE MANTHEY, the inventor of the engine, assigned this patent that he owns to ADVANCED ENGINE TECHNOLOGY INC. This means to me that Manthey either sold the patent to AENG or is an owner and partner, either or, or might be paid through stock or salaries through AENG. I dont know, but I definetely think that AENG now owns the patent rights to this engine, and are waiting for the proper paper work and numbers to come back from the patent office. This must happens quite alot when companies are bought and sold or started up that have patents or patent rights. I really dont know much about patents but also woulnt think a company that goes public would decieve its shareholders or people like Carol Shelby, and the other big names behind it.
STILL HOPEFULL
IN FOR THE LONG
