Suppose Janice is correct that Zitec was created to sell the Y2K software. See exchange2000.com.

Assuming that is true, then it is logical (to me) to guess that after the spin off of Brooks, the remaining Cashco could be acquired by IDFR as Zitec was. Shareholders as of November 3 and at the time of the assumed acquisition could wind up owning Brooks shares and IDFR shares (depending on the terms of the assumed acquisition).

Please comment on this scenario.
