Barrick Indifference(Snowstorm)= Not Proceeding Despite having sent their own geologist to review the Snowstorm property of Blue Desert, the underlying sentiment is that ABX will focus on their core holdings for now and that means despite the best of intentions, there will be no JV deal forthcoming from the Barrick camp. Updates pertaining to a potential Phelps Dodge JV will be updated upon verification that negotiations are proceeding.
