How to play the Greenspan speech? Is this a sell-on-the-news opportunity, no matter what? I can't believe he is going to say anything openly about lowering rates -- that sort of thing would probably not sit well with the other FED members. If anything, he will be subtle, or not say anything at all. (My guess.)
