This takeover is being covered by absolutely no one in the press. Has anybody read anything about the takeover in the trade rags since the announcement. This price is totally ridiculous for a company expecting to earn $1.00/share with an increase in revenues of approximately 20-25% with similar increases next year. If this takeover goes through, I hope someone files a class action lawsuit since it clearly appears to hurt the shareholders as opposed to help them. Managment and their consultants have done a terrible job selling and pricing this takeover.
