Z: What you say about Pemex reminds of one report that remarked on working conditions at YPF. An investments analyst on a tour of one of their production facilities asked why he saw collapsible beds, or cots, in some of the hallways. It was explained that siesta could be whenever the employee felt like it. Feeling a bit fatigued? Need 40 winks? Just find an empty cot and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.... That was some time ago.
