No, I know that's not right. The 25% has nothing to do with value. Nada. It's just that for every 100 shares of Qcom, you will receive 25 shares of LeapW. Which 25 shares in the aggregate will, undoubtedly, trade at way less than 1/4 the value of those 100 Q shares.

So I know what isn't true, but not what is. How much less? And what happens to Q's price? I'd say it will go up, but not perhaps from today or yesterday. I.e., some of the recent increase in price may have been in anticipation that those other pieces of paper we're going to be getting tomorrow will be trading for SOMETHING.

Any other guesstimates?
