He'll be subtle alright such that only those that understand Fed Speak will be able to interpret it. Fed Vice Chair yesterday hinted at a rate cut, thus feeding the speculation today. I think there is so much uncertaintly that such news is only partially discounted in resulting in the run we've seen thus today. My conclusion is that it is not a sell on the news opportunity. It could be a sell if Greenspan doesn't say something about the possible affects of the global slowdown on the U.S. economy.
