Tom:

I have a quick question - does your magical software factor in
taxes and the lower tax rates etc etc?

Reason I ask is the one the only true rate of return is the
after tax rate and in those (very impressive) graphs of yours
that you have posted here on ocassion I see no pot with
tax effects! After all the real cash you have available to buy
stock goes down about a third taking into account taxes and so with
the frequency of trades that AIM (?) does the actual post-tax
cash that you have should go down quite hard - thus the buying
power should go down much harder [and the returns as well (though
they are extremely good!)]

Just wondering if the right pocket(the AIM graphs) is showing wads of stock and cash (and buying power!) while the left pocket (the alternative cash bucket) is showing a big gaping 30-40% effective tax hole aka The Smiling IRS Man!

Taking into account taxes will do the ole watuzzi on those graphs <ggg>.

(And as an aside does anyone know if Congress took out the identification method of calculating capital gains when calculating taxes these days?)

Shane.
