To All, Howard Bernstein filed a 13D on FXWA. Howard lent money to Oasis earlier this year. The important fact in the filing is their are 16,136,320 shares of FXWA issued and outstanding as of 9/22/98 according to the transfer agent. I would hope the shares due NUOA are already included in this count. Ted
