Gary, the issue was never retail customers. Here channels do make sense because there is an economic value added by the reseller. The channel paradox exists mainly for small to medium business customers who may need a few dozen machines. These are customers who typically buy through resellers, and this is the market that would be readily compromised by a shift in channel structure. TTFN, CTC
